Return Policy

Our return policy permits returns within a 30-day window from the receipt of your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when received (i.e., unused or unworn). Additionally, you must furnish proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refund requests for products must be lodged within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on unauthorized returns; however, shipping expenses may be covered by factory warranty for authorized returns due to operational defects. The FTC’s Buyer’s Remorse rule does not apply to online purchases. AJOA75 Corp. shall not be held responsible for misdelivery of goods due to inaccuracies or omissions in the provided information.

Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.

Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
