  • Complimentary Local Pickup PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within one working day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your item is handed over to the delivery service, we’ll provide you with a tracking number.
  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, processing initiates immediately, making cancellations unfeasible. If you have inquiries regarding canceling an order, feel free to reach out to us.
  • PRODUCT RETURNS Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Certain items, such as those on sale, may not be eligible for returns. Refer to www.dittorider.com for further details.
  • DELAYS IN ORDERS Should there be delays in processing your order, you’ll have the option to cancel it for a full refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. For delayed orders, kindly contact the shipping carrier first to check your item’s status.
  • DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Ditto Rider assumes no liability for products lost or damaged once they’re in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us promptly, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
  • SHIPPING LIMITATIONS We do not ship to P.O. boxes. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) imposes restrictions on air transportation of certain items in the US. Consequently, unauthorized items for air shipment may necessitate an alternate shipping method.
